As if she was born with a pencil and brush, Rachel as been creating art ever since she can remember. As soon as she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (at the University of Cincinnati), she set up shop doing those very things in Houston, Texas. With humor and whimsy, her main subjects are plants, space, and animals. Her hand painted illustration and patterns are often applied using watercolor and gouache.
